Through an affiliated company, FERGUSON SERVICES, INC,  management consulting and accounting services are performed for select clients.  These services are performed for both affiliated and non-affiliated companies.   The services include financial statement preparation, accounts receivable and payable administration, payroll services, cash flow analysis, banking and finance services.
