The subject property is a 8.74 acre portion of the North Side Land Corporation tract sold to Lowe’s Home Centers, Inc. on August 25, 1989. The deed is recorded in the Nicholas County Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 330 Page 612. In 2004 the property was sold to Cheyeanne, LLC and subsequently the property was repurchased by the Ferguson Family through their company, Northside Rental Properties, LLC on September 20, 2010. This deed is recorded in the Nicholas County Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 424 at Page 229.
