The subject property is a 2.32 acre portion of the North Side Land Corporation tract that was transferred to FERCO, LLC on October 18, 1993. The deed is recorded in the Nicholas County Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 353, Page 660. The subject property is assessed in the name of FERCO, LLC and is identified in the Summersville Corp. Tax District on Tax Map 32 Parcel 1.8. The property is located ABOVE the 100 year flood elevation as shown on Federal Emergency Management Agency Flood Insurance Map for Nicholas County, Community Panel 54067C0250/c dated July 4, 2011.
